All applicants must live in the area of benefit or have very strong connections with it. It is up to the trustees to decide on whether or not an applicant qualifies under the residency, or strong connections rule, not the applicant. The area of benefit covers Cowley, Harefield, Ickenham, Uxbridge and Hillingdon.
